Mark-
I put a 600 grit 1V1 gash wheel with the job on the shelf. You should be able to dress the .080 flat width and whatever angle you need on it to achieve the specification of the grind. Tracy mentioned it may require 46 or 47 degrees. We think this wheel should work for us as well as hold the radius we want to achieve, which should be minimal. Please focus on this tonight and ensure to check federates with this wheel as it may differ from the original 320 grit wheel.

I've got the wheel mounted on an arbor. Will probably have to dress a lot of meat off the wheel on the 45° side for clearance.
